Pet Sitting Agreement This agreement made and entered into this _______ day of ___________, 20___by and between Pet Sitters of College Park, LLC (hereinafter referred to as PS of CP ") and ______________________________________ Releasor/Indemnitor (hereinafter referred to as "Owner"). FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of $________ per visit, paid by Owner, Pet Sitters of CP agrees to provide loving care for the following animal(s):

during the Owner's initial absence from _____________to _____________. Such loving care to include, but not be limited to, the following: feeding and watering ____times per day, watering plants as necessary, collecting mail/paper, and medications as noted on Pet Sitters of CP worksheet. “Owners’ absence” infers that no person/s will be at the home during PS of CP visits. We realize that these situations are unavoidable at times, but due to liability and safety issues, PS of CP will retain the right to terminate the service contract and charge a cancellation fee, if necessary. Emergency calls between 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. will be at DOUBLE the listed per visit rate regardless of the cause of the emergency. Owner will provide all food and supplies.  Pet Sitters of CP will purchase additional food and/or supplies for animal(s) if needed. Owner agrees to reimburse PS of CP for said additional food and/or supplies. CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS: It is understood and agreed between Owner and PS of CP that this agreement contemplates that Owner will be in need of PS of CP services from time to time in the future. It is further understood and agreed that the obligations and covenants contained herein shall apply to each provision of services in the future, without the need of entering into another agreement, unless altered in writing and signed by the parties herein. Future "blanket" rate changes within the same geographic pricing area may affect the rate listed above. Owner will be notified of any price changes prior to new bookings by mail, phone, or e-mail as appropriate. KEYS: It is also hereby agreed that PS of CP will retain keys to Owner’s property until such time as Owner wishes the return of said keys. Owner will incur no additional fees for the return or replacement of said keys, however there will be a pick-up fee of $10.00 if PS of CP must pick up the keys before the next service session. AGGRESSIVE ANIMALS: If owner misrepresents an animal’s history of aggression, now or in the future, owner places P S of CP at substantial risk of injury and may be held liable. EMERGENCIES: In the event of an animal health emergency and contact with the Owner proves futile, Owner hereby authorizes PS of CP to obtain such emergency veterinarian care for Owner’s animal(s), as PS of CP may deem necessary. Owner further authorizes PS of CP to incur veterinarian costs in the name of Owner. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PS of CP from any liability arising from such veterinary charges. BURGLAR ALARM: If owner’s home is equipped with a burglar alarm, owner agrees to provide sufficient instructions to arm and disarm the system. If, during the service period, a security system generates a false alarm, or if the system fails to generate an alarm under legitimate circumstances, PS of CP is not responsible for any fees. LIABILITY RELEASE: As further consideration for the services rendered, Owner agrees to waive and release PS of CP and/or their representatives from any claim for injury, loss, and/or death of Owner’s animal(s) and from any claim for loss and/or damage to Owner’s property including, but not limited to, that caused by Owner’s animal(s). CANCELLATION NOTICE: A cancellation fee equal to two visits will be charged for all cancellations within three business days of scheduled start time. Any requests for service commencing within 12 hours are subject to a “last minute” fee of $5 IF we can accommodate the request. A cancellation fee equal to three visits will be charged for all cancellations within one week of scheduled Holiday service start time. Holiday visits are for the following holidays: New Year’s Eve (after 6 PM), New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (after 6PM) and Christmas. A cancellation fee equal to one visit will be charged for cancellation of daily customers if not notifying PS of CP by 9 A.M. the morning of service. LEGAL FEES: If a legal proceeding is initiated to enforce or obtain a declaration of rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party in such a proceeding shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in the proceeding from the non-prevailing party. I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions specified above and acknowledge that I have been provided a legible copy of this agreement.

Holiday Visit:  Additional 50% per visit
